- Sangrita mix*
HOW TO CRAFT
Sangrita Mix Recipe*:
80 grams (3oz) fresh mango, cubed, 4 oz fresh grapefruit, juice, 4 oz fresh pineapple juice, 2 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz pomegranate syrup** [1 part pomegranate juice (POM™ brand works well), 2 parts cane sugar], 0.5 grams fresh tarragon, picked ½ tsp ancho chili, powder ½ tsp salt, ½ - 1 whole serrano pepper, seeded (optional to taste)
Pomegranate Syrup Recipe**:
- Warm pomegranate juice over low heat.
- Gradually stir in sugar until fully deserved. Do not boil.
