What you need

2 El Tesoro® Reposado Tequila
parts tamarind syrup*
0.5 fresh lime juice
Orange slices
slices of ginger, peeled
Garnish: Candied ginger
Spice rim: salt, ancho chili, Mexican cane sugar

HOW TO CRAFT

Tamarind Syrup Recipe*:
2 parts water, 1 part tamarind concentrate, 1 part sugar.

Bring water to a boil in small saucepan
Remove from heat and add sugar & tamarind.
Stir until fully dissolved.
Let cool.

STEP 1

Gently muddle orange, ginger, & limes in shaker.

STEP 2

Add El Tesoro® Reposado, tamarind syrup, and ice.

STEP 3

Shake 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

STEP 4

Strain into a glass.
