
Blanco Sangrita
Ingredients
El Tesoro™ Blanco
Sangrita mix
- 80 grams (3oz) fresh mango, cubed
- 4 oz fresh grapefruit, juice
- 4 oz fresh pineapple, juice
- 2 oz fresh lime, juice
- 2 oz pomegranate syrup*
- 1 part pomegranate juice (POM™ brand works well)
- 2 parts cane sugar
- Instructions:
- Warm pomegranate juice over low heat.
- Gradually stir in sugar until fully deserved. Do not boil.
- 0.5 grams fresh tarragon, picked
- ½ tsp ancho chili, powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ - 1 whole serrano pepper, seeded (optional to taste)
Instructions
- Add all sangrita ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a small glass and serve beside a neat glass of El Tesoro™ Blanco.
