2 parts El Tesoro™ Reposado
0.75 parts tamarind syrup
- 2 parts water
- 1 part tamarind concentrate
- 1 part sugar.
- Bring water to a boil in small saucepan
- Remove from heat and add sugar & tamarind.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Let cool.
0.5 parts fresh lime juice
2 orange slices
3 slices of ginger, peeled
Garnish: Candied ginger
Spice rim: salt, ancho chili, Mexican cane sugar
- Gently muddle orange, ginger, & limes in shaker.
- Add El Tesoro™ Reposado, tamarind syrup, and ice.
- Shake 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass.
