2 oz El Tesoro™ Blanco or Reposado tequila
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz passionfruit puree
A pinch of salt
Spice rim: ground sea salt, ancho chilies, and Demerara sugar
- Mix salt, ancho chili and sugar to create a spice mix.
- Use a lime wedge to lightly moisten half of your glass rim and gently roll one side of your glass in the mixture.
- Fill the highball glass with ice, add fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, El Tesoro™ Blanco or Reposado tequila and passionfruit puree.
- Stir until chilled.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
